Before BodyBall...
The new year is approaching and Mary has promised herself that this year she is going to get into the best shape of her life. Her decision is made! Mary feels intimidated going to her local gym because of all the fit people and lack of knowledge she has on proper training so she starts searching the internet to find products to build her own home gym. She finds a website and begins to order. Dumbbells, resistance bands, balance balls and kettlebells are added to her cart. Upon checkout the final cost is over $500. Mary believes she needs it all but cant spend that much money, so she exits the site and gives up before she ever really begins. Not knowing this, but Mary has been doing this pattern for the last 7 years and nothing ever changed.

Now Mary reached her weight loss goals and continues to workout daily to keep improving. She was able to make this happen with the simplicity and versatility of the BodyBall and all it can do.
