RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

RETURN POLICY

-You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

 

-All items must be paid by Buyer and then a refund will be issued.

 

-Items that are used or damaged will be denied a refund or exchange.

(Make sure to include a hand written notice saying why you are returning your item. Returns without the hand written notice will not be accepted.)

 

 

 

 

RETURN EXEMPTIONS

-All (On-Sale, Discounted Price) items CANNOT be returned.

 

-Items returned incomplete or without the hand written notice of “WHY” may be denied a refund or exchange.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS EXCEPTIONS

-Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

 

-In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

 

-Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your Return or Exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

 

-Once it has entered Processing the order may not be canceled.

 

-The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items.

 

-If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

-If your order is eligible to be canceled BodyBall Fitness will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

 

-If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you still can return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE

It is our duty to make our customers happy and satisfied with all of their orders. We understand life gets in the way and we are fully open to make exceptions in certain cases. This is why the hand written notice is extremely important when returning your item.
