Like I said numerous times already, nutrition is KEY in your fitness journey so here is what I recommend. Choose two days out of the week and prepare ALL of your food you will eat that week. Spend two hours on a Sunday and/or Wednesday and go to Costco or somewhere like that, buy your food in bulk and cook it immediately and then store it in food containers.
That way all of the food you need is already prepared for you once you get home from work or just had a rough day. When you don't plan ahead, thats when the late night binge eating, sweet tooth, and fast food solves those hunger issues. I believe in you that you can do it. I did it and TRUST ME, I am no one special if you personally know me. I keep it simple…
”One day at a time and one meal at a time.”
TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN
Im sure you heard the saying, “Its 80% nutrition and 20% working out.”
I truly believe that is FALSE!
It is 100% nutrition and 100% effective workouts which gives you the whole complete package. If you don't know what to do for workouts either in the gym or at your own home, contact me right now HERE and I will create an effective fitness program for you at a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer in your town.
Part of my online programs is Accountability. The first two weeks of any fitness or nutrition program is easy because you are motivated to make a change and we all love something new. But what happens two weeks from now when you are right back your old eating habits? Nothing has changed for the long term. That is where the accountability comes in. Together far or near, we can get you that body you always dreamed of.
If you are willing to make some small changes now and really push yourself during your workouts, one year from now you will look like a completely different person. You will have more confidence, less stress, positive mood and you will feel better looking at yourself in the mirror.
We are our biggest supporters and our worst haters.
